Welcome Back to School!!!

Hello all,

Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 school year! I am very excited to work with the intermediate students in Math and Language Arts and the MS3 in Language Arts.

I am just learning to blog, so don't expect great things from me here for a while. I will do my best to make sure students get assignments in a variety of ways so they know what is due and when they will have projects, quizzes and tests.

Math students will be receiving assignment lists for the first quarter after the first week - I want to assess how fast we will be able to move through the curriculum. Language Arts students will have daily assignments as well as some longer term projects related to the literature we read or writing projects we do. I will try to get them posted here, but they will also be written on the board in the classroom each day.

Woodlands Academy is going to have another GREAT year!
