ReplyDeleteUgh... Need your advice. Logan has not gotten the hang of this homework thing. We are working to improve her understanding, but she does not see it's importance other than mom gets a little off-color when there's a small fib about it. We DO want her to feel the consequences of not completing her work so we would hope that you're not too soft on her when her work does not materialize.
With regard to her Cheetah report- I believe she may not have much material for her report tomorrow. She talked about it but mentioned that it is an in-class project. Upon inquiry she replied, "oops, I forgot." If she does not do her job adequately I think it is important for her to know... don't you think? Seems harsh for her age I know...but if she doesn't get the momentum now she may struggle later. She's that type of learner.
If you have any other suggestions I would entertain all and any! Thank-you for the job you do!
